Incredible work y'all! Your distribution to the Philly Liars allowed us to donate to the Moshannon commissary fund (put together by the amazing local immigrant justice org Juntos) for people in ICE detention at the largest detention center in the Northeast. It also allowed us to buy extra snacks for our book club, which started with Yesteryear and has become a great place to get to know each other in real life.
It means a lot to feel like we have a part in this redistribution, especially at a time when our personal wallets are stretched thin!
This is so rad you guys, and I mean that in both the slang totally awesome 🤙 way and the literal radical mutual aid / wealth redistribution 💪 way. I’ve never been happier to pay for a podcast.
